This new facility holds up to 600 bales of the finest Long Leaf Pine Straw. With this structure we have plenty of air movement keeping our Long Leaf Bales fresh and dry. They are already the cleanest and the largest bales to be found in the Wilmington area.
Mr Parker has been making all the various mulches and processing his own successful blend of topsoil for 40 years. His blend consists of screened black dirt and sand, and added to this mix is a Certified Blend of Compost. 15% of this Compost is turkey mulch. This topsoil blend is than heated to kill all weed seeds. This blend drains well with the incorporation of sand, and with the Certified Blend of Composts there is plenty of Organic Matter to hold the right amount of moisture and nutrients.
